4. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by HomeFix Roofing Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations may be subject to change if:

• The scope of work changes
• Additional repairs are required that were not visible during the initial assessment
• Material costs increase beyond our control
• Access to the property becomes problematic

We will always inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with work.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our payment terms are as follows:

• For projects valued under £1,000: Payment in full upon completion of work
• For projects valued over £1,000: 30% deposit before commencement of work, with the balance due upon completion
• For larger projects: Stage payments may be arranged as detailed in your specific contract

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cheque. All payments are to be made within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

HomeFix Roofing Ltd provides the following guarantees on our work:

• New roof installations: 10-year workmanship guarantee
• Roof repairs: 5-year workmanship guarantee
• Materials: Manufacturer's warranty (varies by product)

These guarantees are subject to proper maintenance and do not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, accidents, or third-party interventions. Regular maintenance is recommended to maintain the validity of guarantees.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of services must be made in writing. The following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before scheduled work: No charge
• Cancellation within 7 days of scheduled work: 20% of the total project cost or costs incurred, whichever is greater
• Cancellation once work has commenced: All costs incurred plus 20% of the remaining project value

8. Liability

HomeFix Roofing Ltd carries comprehensive public liability insurance. While we take all reasonable care to protect your property during our work, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing structural defects
• Damage to weak or defective structures that could not be reasonably identified beforehand
• Consequential damage resulting from leaks that were reported late
• Weather damage occurring during works (reasonable precautions will always be taken)

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, including images, text, and designs on our website are the property of HomeFix Roofing Ltd and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written consent.
